Rentux is a rental listings and lead generation platform. It displays rental inventory listed by independent vendors and partners, and forwards customer enquiries to its vendor network. Rentux does not own, stock, deliver, or manage any of the products listed on the platform.
No. Placing a booking or enquiry on Rentux, whether via call, WhatsApp, or the online interface, only means that your requirement has been recorded and shared with our vendor network. It does not constitute a confirmed order. A vendor interested in fulfilling your requirement will contact you directly, and the rental is confirmed only once you and the vendor mutually agree on the terms.
All further dealings, including KYC, pricing, payment, delivery, and rental terms, are exclusively between you and the vendor. Rentux is not a party to the rental transaction and has no involvement once the enquiry has been forwarded.
Rentux bears no responsibility for any damage, loss, theft, or deterioration of a rented product. All liability in respect of the rented product rests entirely with the customer and the vendor as per the terms they have agreed upon. Any claim for damages must be raised directly with the vendor.
Late returns, non-returns, and any consequences arising therefrom are matters strictly between the customer and the vendor. Rentux is not responsible and has no authority to intervene, recover the product, or compensate the vendor.
Rentux is not liable for any misrepresentation made by a vendor regarding the condition, quality, specification, or availability of any product. Customers are encouraged to physically inspect the product and confirm all details with the vendor before confirming the rental.
Rentux is a leads platform and is not a party to the rental transaction. Disputes arising from the rental must be resolved directly between the customer and the vendor. Rentux may, at its discretion, facilitate communication between the parties but is under no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or compensate either party.
No. Rentux does not collect, hold, or process any payments on behalf of customers or vendors. All financial transactions are conducted directly between the customer and the vendor under terms set exclusively by the vendor.
KYC requirements are determined entirely by the vendor. Rentux has no role in prescribing, collecting, or verifying identity documents. Please confirm the required documents directly with the vendor before proceeding with the rental.
By submitting an enquiry or booking on the platform, you consent to your contact and requirement information being shared with relevant vendors for the purpose of fulfilling your enquiry. The handling of your data thereafter is governed by each vendor's own practices.
