Who it suits
Players who like big open-world games with exploration and crafting; anyone who enjoyed Horizon Zero Dawn; and completionists who want a world full of activities. It is a single-player game; check its age rating if you are renting for younger players.
Why rent it
Open-world RPGs are the classic rent-and-finish genre: there is a clear end point, and most players do not replay them immediately. Renting lets you match the rental period to your own pace through the world, and the disc goes back when you are done. It also lets you test whether the open-world formula suits you before deciding on a purchase.
Before you rent
You will need a PlayStation 5 with a disc drive attached (a PS5 without a disc drive cannot use game discs) and free storage for the install and updates. No PlayStation Plus subscription is needed, as the game is single-player. Playing Horizon Zero Dawn first adds context but is not required to follow the story.
To rent, send an enquiry with your location and dates, and the rental provider will confirm availability, delivery and rental terms for your order.
